[3DS] Metroid Prime: Federation Force ROM

Metroid Prime: Federation Force is an interesting spin-off within the Metroid universe. This time, you’re no longer fighting alone in Samus Aran’s legendary golden armor; instead, you’ll step into the shoes of a fresh, seemingly clueless recruit of the Galactic Federation Force, a unit “specializing in dealing with alien monsters” and bearing the responsibility of saving the galaxy.

Right from the moment you set foot on the spaceship, the game will lead you through a series of extremely epic intergalactic missions, from cold, abandoned bases to boiling volcanic caves, traversing the frozen planet Excelcion to the dark swamps of Bion, where you’ll encounter all sorts of terrifying creatures and dark conspiracies quietly rising in the shadows of the Outer Rim.

The plot might sound familiar, but it has many unique twists. 

Unlike Samus’s solitary adventures, Metroid Prime: Federation Force is a four-player co-op experience. Your mission and your teammates’ is to coordinate to eliminate the cunning Space Pirates, uncover the mystery of the gradually returning Metroid, and prevent an intergalactic war.

You can choose to play solo or team up with three close friends in local or online co-op mode. Each mission requires intelligent role coordination: someone provides the shield, someone carries the team, someone heals, and someone attacks with flamethrowers. You must combine your skills effectively to maximize the team’s strength for the battles ahead.

The character design has interesting spatial depth.

 Featuring a distinctly “chibi mecha” yet action-packed cartoonish design, Federation Force sports a more vibrant and modern look on the Nintendo 3DS. From the flickering lights of the spaceship to the silent snowfall on the ice planet, everything is vividly recreated through beautiful and sharp 3D effects, making you truly feel like you’re participating in a military campaign in space.

You can also customize your mech with dozens of exciting mods: increase health, boost damage, deploy automatic drones – enough skills for you to “add to your cart” and personalize your favorite character.

Blast Ball – a one-of-a-kind space sport

When you’re not saving the galaxy, you can play soccer? Blast Ball is a 3v3 “plasma gun soccer” mini-game where players control mechs to score goals in the opponent’s net using all sorts of powerful moves. It’s a fun appetizer that helps you warm up and diversifies the gameplay for added enjoyment.
