[3DS] Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon ROM

Game Files Information
Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon Description
Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon marks the unexpected return of Mario’s “always overshadowed” younger brother. The timid plumber Luigi has now officially become a “professional ghost hunter,” albeit still a bit shaky. This time, however, he has a ghost-sucking vacuum cleaner and a grand mission: Restore the Dark Moon and bring order back to the spirit world.
Embark on eerie yet comically vibrant mansions.
Right from your first step into Gloomy Manor, the first of six haunted buildings, you’ll realize one thing: Luigi may be scared “pale as a ghost,” but he never stops bouncing along to the lively background music while shining his flashlight all over the house. From the ancient Gloomy Manor to the chilling Secret Mine, each area boasts a unique design, filled with puzzles, mischievous traps, and quirky ghosts with distinct personalities.
A tense yet hilarious ghost-hunting journey
Summoned urgently by Professor E. Gadd when the Dark Moon above Evershade Valley shatters, causing once-peaceful spirits to become unruly, you step into Luigi’s shoes, armed with the Poltergust 5000 – a vacuum cleaner capable of sucking up anything. Your mission, of course, is to hunt ghosts in those mysterious buildings. Besides the trusty vacuum, your equipment includes an upgraded flashlight that can “blind” ghosts with a powerful beam, making them visible and easy to capture. Each level is not just a ghost hunt but also a challenging puzzle-solving adventure with secret doors, hidden mechanisms, and treasures scattered everywhere for those patient enough to search every nook and cranny.
Vivid and cinematic 3D graphics
Released exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon fully utilizes the 3D effect to transform the haunted mansions into lively, three-dimensional stages. Everything comes off in a strange and unnerving way with curtains barbequing, box giving off a faint chuckle, and lights flashing.
What I found most interesting in the game was that the ghosts were not just generic figures floating around; they had their own characteristics. You have the annoying red ghosts that like to sneak attack, those yellow broken piece ghosts that are just plain annoying, and of course, the big bosses that require real skill to kill. And of course, let’s not forget the multiplayer mode that lets every player complete each round’s goal with the use of limitless different goals to destroy boredom and recharge the game.
Seamless storyline, engaging missions, endlessly fun gameplay
More than just a side-scrolling adventure game, Dark Moon features an overarching storyline with witty dialogues from Professor E. Gadd, connecting the missions into a continuous ghost-busting saga. Each completed mission unlocks more of the story, a new mansion, a new mystery, and equally creative scares.
In addition to the single-player mode, the game also has a ScareScraper mode that allows you to play co-op with friends, climbing floors together, hunting ghosts, solving puzzles, and sharing all sorts of laughs.
