Collection: Pokemon Games

The Nintendo 3DS is fortunate to be the handheld gaming system that owns the richest Pokemon game library of Nintendo. The Pokemon game series has added a total of 16 titles to the Nintendo 3DS game library. Besides the Core RPGs that maintain the traditional gameplay elements, we also have Big Spin-offs with big changes in both gameplay and graphic style.

Please note that we are talking about the official titles released, not the mods. Not to mention the Virtual Console games on the eShop (Original Pokémon games on Game Boy are sold by Nintendo on the eShop for Nintendo 3DS).

Besides, we cannot fail to mention the mods released by the community. These are essentially patches built on the original Pokémon games but have been added by programmers with new content or edited game mechanics (difficulty, expanded pokedex, etc), or even built a completely new storyline. In simple terms, these mods are like updates to the game with a lot of tweaks. Note that if you want to play these mods, you need a hacked Nintendo 3DS and have the custom Firmware installed. This mod can also be played directly on an emulator.

It means that besides the original Pokémon ROMs released by the owner, we have mods released by the community. All of them will be compiled here by the N3dsroms Team and shared with you for free.
