Mario Party: Island Tour Description
Mario Party: Island Tour – Get Lost in Fun on Nintendo 3DS Island
No need to wait for the weekend or a friends’ get-together to “party,” because with Mario Party: Island Tour, the endless party has officially begun – right on your compact Nintendo 3DS! Released exclusively for the system in 2013, Island Tour is an irresistible invitation to the most vibrant minigame party the Mushroom Kingdom has ever hosted – where fun is shared by all, and laughter explodes without limits.
Mario Invites the Whole Gang to the Island… And You’re the Guest of Honor
The story begins when Mario and his friends receive a unique invitation to a party from mysterious bubbles floating up from… an island suspended in the sky. No one knows if it’s a prank or real, but with a “the more, the merrier” spirit, the group immediately sets off to explore. And so, you’ll step into the shoes of familiar characters – from Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi to Bowser Jr. – to participate in thrilling, heart-pounding, and equally hilarious gameplay.
7 Game Boards – 7 Kinds of Fun: Every Playthrough Is a Surprise
Island Tour offers 7 unique game boards – each a “stage” with completely different rules, hidden traps, and ways to win. From racing to the top of a skyscraper, escaping a haunted castle, to a nail-biting “avoid Bowser” journey – you never know what awaits on the next space. What’s more, each board only lasts about 20–30 minutes, quick enough not to get boring, long enough to laugh your head off!
Minigames – The Heart of the Party
With over 80 diverse minigames, Island Tour has no shortage of ways to make players use both their intellect and… luck. One minute you’re triumphing in a mini-rocket control challenge, the next you’re pushed off the stage by a slip on a banana peel. Game types range from logic and quick reflexes to speed races and even voice-activated games using the 3DS microphone – promising to make you “have endless fun until you’re exhausted.”
Additional Game Modes
In addition to the game maps and mini games, Island Tour has a few additional modes that you will want to try. There is a single player mode called Bowser’s Tower, where you have to climb the floors of a giant tower and play mini games against the computer. It is quite fun and worth your time.
There is also a multiplayer mode called Hot Air Hijinks, where all players try to win mini games to increase the height of their balloon. The goal here is to win a certain number of mini games.
Solo or Together – Equally Fun
Whether you’re a solo player or have a close-knit group of friends, Island Tour is ready to serve. With Download Play mode, you only need one game cartridge to share the fun with up to 4 players – super convenient for impromptu gatherings! And if you want to practice to become “overpowered” in the minigames? Don’t worry, single-player mode and the Challenge Tower will be your ideal training ground.
Power On, Join the Party Now!
Mario Party: Island Tour is not just a game – it’s an invitation to a colorful, laughter-filled party, and… full of unexpected “plot twists” from fate! No one knows who will win until the very last minute – because here, fun is the destination, and victory is just… a sweet bonus.
So what are you waiting for? Turn on your 3DS Emulator, download the ROM for Mario Party: Island Tour, and get ready to step into this crazy island party – where there’s only one rule: the more hilarious, the better!
